If you cancel a request before a writer is assigned, you can rebook another assignment of equal value at no cost. However, once a writer is assigned, no refunds will be issued. This is in accordance with our writer policy, which states that writers must be compensated for any work they begin. 

If a payment provider (e.g., PayPal or Moneybookers) mistakenly charges you twice for the same order, please contact us immediately with proof of payment. We will process your refund as soon as possible. 

We strive to assign the most qualified writer to your specific assignment. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, your preferred writer may not always be available. In such cases, you can either receive a full refund or select another assignment of equal value. 

Submit all assignment requirements as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery. If all requirements were submitted on time, there would be no significant changes, and the student would not have caused the delay. 

Situations where a refund is applicable 

Unless specified otherwise, terms used here will have the same meaning as defined in our Terms of Use. Refunds are subject to specific conditions. Only the original payment method can be used for refunds.  

Before you approve the completed paper, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions, regardless of when you cancel your order. 

A 100% refund is available 

If you experience a payment error, such as duplicate payments or accidental charges, immediately contact our Support Team. A full refund may be possible only if the writer has not started working on the order. 

If we cannot find a suitable writer for your order, our Support Team will directly contact you to initiate a refund. 

If you no longer need the order due to a delay, no completed papers will be sent to you, and you will not be able to use any partially completed work. 

A 70% refund is available. 

If you cancel an order after a writer has been assigned and before 50% of the deadline has passed, you may be charged a fee. This is because the writer has already started working on your order, and we are obligated to compensate them for their work. 

 A 50% refund is available 

If we cannot find a writer to revise your paper, or if you cancel an order after 50% of the deadline has passed, you may be charged a fee to compensate the writer for their work. 

If you request a refund, your rights under our Terms of Use will be revoked. Once you request a revision, a full refund won’t be granted. On the other hand, if a revision is delayed, a partial refund may be issued, determined by our team. 

Situations where a refund is not applicable 

Orders that meet the original instructions as confirmed by our Quality Assurance team. 

Discounts and optional services, including VIP service, plagiarism reports, preferred writers, editing, abstracts, outlines, and source lists. 

Orders you have already approved. 

Problem-solving and multiple-choice question orders. You automatically approve the order by selecting answers. If less than 50% of the answers are correct, you may be eligible for a partial credit, determined by our team on a case-by-case basis.
