The number of individuals within a certain area.
Population density refers to the total number of individuals within a particular area. It is calculated by taking the total number of individuals and dividing it by the area.
If there are two nature reserves of the exact same size, and one reserve has twenty elephants and the other reserve has one hundred and fifty elephants, the first reserve has a lower population density than the second.
In the map below, we can see that population density is generally greater along coastal regions than it is in the center of the continent.
Evaporation, Condensation, Precipitation
Evaporation: Sunlight increases the temperature of water. When temperatures reaches its boiling point water turns into vapors and evaporates.
Condensation: It is inverse of Evaporation. During condensation in atmosphere Water vapors turn into liquid water again due to temperature pressure conditions above.
Precipitation: Precipitation is a process in which water droplets fall down to land under the action of gravity. hope this helps thanks
There are three major types of : coal, natural gas, and oil. All are formed over millions of years.Over time, the material is compacted in the Earth and heated, and the material turns to coal, natural gas, or oil.
Coal is a solid form of ancient, decayed land vegetation.
Natural gas is a gaseous form of fossil fuel. Many scientists believe natural gas is the remains of marine micro-organisms. Natural gas is made up of methane.
Oil is a liquid fossil fuel. It is also the remnants of marine micro-organisms that died millions of years ago.
